Cancellations & No Show Policy

Peak Season (Dec 20 - Jan 31)
A 50% deposit is required. Refunds for cancellation will be made as follows.

If the booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be refundable
For cancellations less than 45 days prior to date of arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable
No Shows and early departure the deposit will be non-refundable

High Season (Nov 1 - Dec 19 and Feb 1- Apr 30)
A 30% refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows

If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be refundable
For cancellations less than 30 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be non-refundable
No Shows and early departure the deposit will be non-refundable

Green Season (May 1 - Oct 31)
A 10% refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows

If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to date of arrival the deposit will be refundable
For cancellations less than 14 days prior to date of arrival, No Shows and early departure, one night room rate will be charged
